Context

YOYAKU (electronic music 360° company), CHAPELLE XIV (contemporary art gallery), ATELIER 14 (creative studio) and INTERWAVE (booking & management agency) form a unified ecosystem at the crossroads of electronic music, contemporary art and innovative technology.

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack developer with solid foundations in web technologies, a curious mind and the desire to work on concrete projects: websites, intelligent bots, internal tools and interactive creative systems.

Responsibilities

Web Development:

  • Create and deploy new websites (from scratch or based on WooCommerce/custom stacks)
  • Develop interactive web experiences for digital art projects
  • Optimize performance and accessibility of platforms
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

Tools & Automation:

  • Design and maintain internal tools and dashboards
  • Build and extend Discord bots and internal operations
  • Automate complex workflows via N8N or custom scripts

Artificial Intelligence & LLMs:

  • Experiment with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Mistral) for productivity and creative projects
  • Use Claude Code to accelerate development and debugging
  • Explore creative applications of generative AI in our artistic projects

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Practical experience with PHP or Python
  • Basic knowledge of WooCommerce or any CMS/e-commerce system
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and JSON
  • Proficiency in Git and local development environments
  • Ability to debug and solve problems independently
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Discord.js or discord.py for creating/modifying bots
  • Familiarity with LLMs and their APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
  • Experience with Claude Code or GitHub Copilot

Job Description

  • Design and implement optimized physical distribution strategies to expand our reach and improve efficiency
  • Oversee logistics: inventory management, international shipping, product returns
  • Ensure smooth coordination with labels and manufacturing partners for vinyl and other physical media production
  • Strengthen relationships with B2B distributors and retailers to maximize sales
  • Track distribution performance (logistics KPIs, turnover rates, delivery times) and provide reports to management

Required Profile

  • Excellent knowledge of physical distribution mechanisms (supply chain, customs, logistics providers)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service sense and negotiation talents
  • Passion for electronic music and good understanding of the independent music industry

Main Missions

Physical Record Store:

  • Customer reception and advice in store
  • Shelving and presentation of new releases
  • Merchandising and product promotion
  • Cash register and sales tracking
  • Organization of small in-store events
  • Help with web order preparation (click & collect, shipping)

E-commerce / Webmastering:

  • Update product sheets on the website (WooCommerce)

Required Profile

  • Higher education in communication, cultural management, business or web

Mission Description

  • Collaborate closely with artistic direction for the development and follow-up of various visual projects

Administrative, Accounting and Financial Management for the Label and Music Distribution:

  • Management, entry and archiving of accounting documents
  • Bank reconciliation management, ensuring precise consistency between bank files and accounting entries
